5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
LooksGoodLabs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Clients remain responsible for work completed up to termination.
